Jared first started teaching guitar lessons in 2012.  His teaching method is based on the guitar lessons he's received over the years from both his private guitar teachers in and outside of college.  His lesson plan is all-encompassing, getting students to become proficient in all areas of guitar: chords, scales, songs, rhythm, theory and improvisation.  He has had over 50 private students over the years, consisting of both children and adults.  His easy going personality combined with his passion for music makes him an ideal teacher for both complete beginners and more serious guitar students looking to further their playing.  For a list of reviews written by some of Sachs' students, click here.    In addition to teaching guitar, he teaches piano, electric bass, and ukulele.  For in-person lessons at your own home, at Sachs' studio, or online Skype lessons, please inquire through the "contact" page.
